Mais x Frida offers shipping worldwide.

 The shipping method will be signed with a tracking number through TIPSA (Europe) or Fedex (All other countries. Delivery times are estimates, Mais x Frida will not take responsibility for delays caused by the courier service.

All orders are prepared once we've received the payment confirmation and are sent during the following hours, always following our schedule:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m.

We don't make shipments on weekends or feasts, unless it's an emergency you should contact us directly via email.

RETURN POLICY

 

If you aren't happy with your order please get in touch with us.

If by any chance it was our mistake of sending a faulty product or a different item to the one requested, we would replace it and asume all costs for the shipping.

Please note that Jewelry purchased from Mais x Frida is artisan hand crafted from different places and techniques around the world, therefore it is delicate. 
We recommend not to shower or bathe in your jewelry. Darkened metal pieces can safely be cleaned with a metal cleaner, contact us if you need further assistance.

Only items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. 

We do not return payments for items already purchased that wish to return.

Instead, we offer our customers a voucher with the price of the item and they can use for future purchases.

Only in cases where we are responsible for the return such as faulty products or misrepresentation of products we will cover the return shipping charge.

We will only accept our pieces in perfect conditions as they were sent in the first place.
